Raw Aprikos & Kokos Bollar

Gluten free. Dairyfree. Sugarfree. 










Raw Aprikos/Kokos bollar
(15-18st)


  • 2,4 dl torkade aprikoser (blötlagda över natten)
  • 1,5 dl mandelmjöl
  • 1,5 dl kokosflingor
  • 2 teskedar lucumapulver
  • 1 tesked lönnsirap
  • nypa salt
Mixa allt i en matberedare eller mixer och rulla till bollar. Rulla sedan bollarna i koksflingor. Förvara i kylskåpet. Perfekt som nyttiga snacks!

Raw Apricot/Coconut Balls                          

  • 1 cup dried apricots (soaked overnight)
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons lucuma powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
Mix everything in a blender and roll the dough into ball. Then roll the balls in coconut flakes. Store them in the refrigerator. Perfekt for a healthy snack!
